Our comprehensive Medical Welfare Scheme provides complete peace of mind for your health.

Should you ever need treatment, your membership covers you for:

• Minor operations (discretionary – to be assessed by the Medical Welfare Committee).

Please note: You are usually required to be a member of the Union of Democratic Mineworkers for two years to gain the full benefits of the Medical Welfare Scheme. We DO NOT pay for any cancellation charges and treatment will be suspended if you fail to attend appointments.
